Staying in an underwater hotel might sound scary or frightening but the experience itself worth everything.

Jules Undersea Lodge Jules’ Undersea Lodge: This is the first underwater hotel inspired by the book 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. In was originally built at the beginning of the 1970s as a groundbreaking research lab off the coast of Puerto Rico. This lodge functions in Key Largo, Florida where it was relocated and opened to the public in 1986. This hotel inspires innovation and it has the status of the world’s only underwater lodging available to the public before ecotourism has even become a trend. Celebrities like Steve Tyler from Aerosmith, John Fishman of Phish, The Canadian Prime Minister, Pierre Trudeau have experienced this hotel.

Utter Inn:Underwater Hotels are built with a lot of imagination and creativity. There are still many which are under construction. This hotel was imagined by Mikael Genber, located in Vasteras, Sweden.This was imagined as “making art for the public”. There is only one room inn which offers you the experience of sleeping 3m below the surface of Lake Mälaren, 1 km from shore. When you notice a Swedish red house with white gables, means you are on the right path. Dinner is delivered to tenants for extra money.


Hydropolis: This Hotel Crescent Hydropolis is located in Dubai. We know that Dubai is really notorious in what concerns modern architecture. Here everything becomes reality. It costed $550 million, and it is of course a luxury resort built on the Persian Gulf and 66 feet below the surface.  The project  covers 27 acres and it  also has an iceland station, connected by a 1700 foot transparent train tunnel to the undersea hotel. The hotel has the shape of an elegant jellyfish. 220 suites all bubble-shaped, clear glass and bathtubs. Modesty has no definition here, it is unexistent.

Poseidon Undersea Resort located in Fiji, the resort is 40 feet underwater. A 5 star resort, designed by the American submarine engineer Bruce Jones. He found inspiration in the novels of Jules Verne and movies like Amphibia.Everyone has a personal Triton submarine for exploring the beauties of the lagoon. You can have a luxury submarine your for excursion to the area depths. The rooms are incredibly luxurious and it cost $1,500 per night. Huvafen Fushi, Maldives: This hotel is not entirely underwater but it has its parts, including the first underwater spa-The Lime. Guests always return because they say underwater treatments are far more better than the usually ones.
